Residential Santa María Penthouse
Miami

In Santa María Brickell, Miami, the first floor organises social life and rest around natural light. The private entrance leads to the double-height living room and the dining room, while the independent kitchen and the service areas make the home run smoothly.

The main suite occupies the curved front, with a study, a dressing room and a bathroom; a second suite completes the private area. Light marble, wood and glass define a luxury interior design where the views and the spatial continuity shape the project.

The second floor of the Santa María Brickell penthouse brings together leisure, privacy and outdoor living. The gallery links the spaces and keeps the visual connection with the living room and the dining room through their double heights. The billiard table and the family lounge accompany the bar area.

On the curved front, golden onyx and wood set the leisure lounge apart, open to the terrace with its pool. An independent suite, a support kitchen and the auxiliary spaces complete a luxury interior design project in Miami conceived for welcoming guests and enjoying the bay.
